This is message #4 in the iWorship SeriesPastor Dusty challenges us to consider various “apps & upgrades” that are a necessary part of our life of worship to God.  This message challenges us to wait patiently for God to do what only He can do.  Learning to wait on God is an important part of a life of honor, trust and worship unto God.  To restrain our natural responses of anxiety, fear and panic while waiting patiently for God’s intervention.  Waiting is less about our effort and more about learning to trust His care on our behalf.

Psalm 37:7
7 Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.

Isaiah 40:27-31
27 O Israel, how can you say the Lord does not see your troubles? How can you say God refuses to hear your case? 28 Have you never heard or understood? Don’t you know that the Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth? He never grows faint or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. 29 He gives power to those who are tired and worn out; he offers strength to the weak. 30 Even youths will become exhausted, and young men will give up. 31 But those who wait on the Lord will find new strength. They will fly high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
